Cancellation Policy

1. Missed Sessions

Our goal is to provide the best quality training for all of our customers in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals and cancellations inconvenience not only us, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments

When you book and appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. In order to respectful of your fellow customers, please send a text message to 07833891991 letting us know your situation and email anand@astarcoaching.club as soon as you know you will not be able to make your session.

If cancellation is required we require that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions are in high demand and your advanced notice will allow others to access that session slot.

2. Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Our policy:

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved session.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your session, we may not be able to accommodate you. If you were to arrive 10 minutes late, A Star Coaching Academy’s member of staff taking your session has the right to refuse you. However, should they allow your session to go ahead then you will still have to pay the full price for the session even though it is shorter than the booked time. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future sessions.

3. Short Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other customers, we ask that you give us at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel a session.

  • The first time a customer misses a session, we will make a note in your file.
  • All future missed sessions will incur a £10 fee.

4. Cancellation Policy (group sessions)

Our venue holds limited spaces, and many of our group sessions sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. This will allow us to offer your spot to another customer. You may email anand@astarcoaching.club or send a text to 07833891991 with your child’s name and booking time with a reason for your cancellation to cancel your session.

Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 24 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another session. However, if you do not cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.

5. Short Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 3 days or more in advance of the session date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 2 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours will not receive a refund.
